Mrs Sheila Solarin aged 88, wife of Tai Solarin, Yesterday Sunday the 21st of October bid the world farewell after battling with osteoporosis (weak bone) At the time of her death was her two children (Corin and Tunde) . Mrs Solarin and her husband founded Mayflower School in Ikenne Ogun state January 27 1956 which she nurtured and only retired two years ago at the age of 86. What is so interesting about the late educationist is the fact that she believed in the country and stayed here till her death.. Sheila met her husband during the World War II. In 1952 they decided to move to his native Nigeria
She would be missed by all those who know her but more missed by the lives she has touched.
