And tonto dikeh turns herself into a musician

The rate at which everyone is venturing into music nowadays is very 'funny'. Like everyone wants to do what they feel like cos they have money or think they can sing forgetting that its some peoples profession   and can do some video and then all that. No offence though but was I shocked when I heard that talented actress, Tonto Dikeh  has joined the bandwagon. The tattooed actress  had a fight with one of her followers  through her twitter handle a few days back

The single titled “Itz ova” and “hi” have been slated for online release from Wednesday October 17,2012.
Really i wish her the best but cant she take a cue from Genevieve. Please stick to acting.. #my own opinion.. Wish you the very best...

Wyclef, Akon Stars In Jeta Anata's Black November Nolly Wood Movie


Two international music artistes, Wyclef Jean and Akon will star in Jeta Amata’s latest Nollywood production, Black November.

We’re told the music stars joined the movie cast in the final lap of shooting, which took place in Los Angeles, California.

The movie Black November is about the Niger Delta ‘struggle’.

Artists like Fred Amata, Nse Ikpe-Etim, OC Ukeje, and Robert Peters also feature in the big-budget film.

Black November stars Hakeem Kae-Kazim, Mbong Amata, Mickey Rourke, Kim Basinger, Sarah Wayne Callies, Enyinna Nwigwe, and Anne Heche.

Jeta Amata, from the famous Amata movie clan, is a renowned actor and filmmaker who’s mostly known for The Amazing Grace, Inale  and Black Gold .

Julius Agwu's manager gets married to his girlfriend of 12 years; Frank oshodi made the dress that got delivered three hours after the church service, groom in jeans and palms on the wedding day (photos)

Kingsley Chukwuemeka, manager of ace comedian Julius Agwu finally tied the knot with his girlfriend of twelve years Mary Ochefije on Saturday the 18th of August 2012 at Our Lady Of rosary catholic church. The two who have a five year old daughter together started their journey on Thursday with their Traditional on Thursday in the brides Ogba's residence in Lagos, Nigeria.

The wedding however saw a kind of drama twist as the brides dress was not delivered. The custom made dress by frank Oshodi saw the bride postponing the time of the wedding which was earlier slated for 10am to 12 noon. As at 12noon, the dress was not delivered and the bride still had to call the officiating bishop of the church Our Lady Of rosary catholic church in Ogba to please give her time... the dress finally arrived delivered personally by frank Oshodi at 1:30pm and on getting to the church, the service had ended with the officiating minister refusing to come down. It took the intervention of Julius Agwu who stepped in. the couple were called into the inner room where they were blessed.

Come September 1st Lagos will be agog as one of Nigeria's Finest, comedian and enterprenuer  Teju Jacobs-Oyelakin popularly known as Teju BabyFace would be a Man. Yes this is cos his girlfriend Tobi has finally agreed to marry him. Two years ago when Teju came to Catalyst a program organized by the singles fellowship of Daystar to say how he came about the "Teju babyface show" he showed his entrepreneurial skills that they and the fact that he attributed all to God goes on to show he is a man every lady would want to have. *wink* larakingz wishes them the very best as we would also bring pictures of the wedding to you..... soon

Movie Premier of The movie: The last Flight to Abuja!!!

On Friday the 3rd of August 2012, Nolly wood  lovers and in general people who love good movies converged at the Genesis Deluxe cinemas for the premier of the movie, " The last Flight to Abuja".
Earlier in the day, The producer of the movie Mirror Boy and now this , Obi Emelonye (lawyer turned Director), Who earlier on Friday was at Cool Fm to talk about the much anticipated film.
Based on a true-life story, Last Flight to Abuja talks about the ills in the aviation sector and how negligence and ineptitude can bring about a plane crash.
